Products and Services

Propa Coffee sells freshly roasted coffee products.

All coffee is roasted to order and considered a food and beverage product. Because of this:

  • All sales are final once coffee has been roasted or shipped

  • We do not accept returns on coffee products

  • Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect orders caused by us or our fulfillment partner

Product descriptions, tasting notes, roast levels, and recommended brewing methods are provided for guidance only and may vary slightly due to natural differences in coffee beans and roasting.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Correct pricing or product description errors at any time

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

Shipping

We ship orders using USPS for domestic and international delivery.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues

  • Tracking information will be provided when available

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

International orders are non-refundable and non-guaranteed.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before roasting begins.

Because all coffee is roasted fresh to order, cancellations are not possible once production has started.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that all information on our site is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to update or modify content, pricing, and availability without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, images, and branding, is the property of Propa Coffee and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
