Refund policy

At Propa Coffee, all of our coffee is roasted fresh to order. Because coffee is a food and beverage product, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy outlined below.
All Sales Are Final on Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for coffee once it has been shipped.
This includes but is not limited to:

Change of mind

Taste preferences
-
Ordering the wrong product
-
Delays caused by the carrier
-
International delivery issues
Once coffee leaves our roastery, it cannot be returned, resold, or reused.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
If the error was on our end or our fulfillment partner’s end, we will replace the coffee at no cost to you.
We do not require damaged coffee to be returned.
Shipping Issues and Lost Packages
We ship using USPS for domestic and international orders.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier:

Propa Coffee is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors

Tracking information will be provided for all orders
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting USPS directly. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
International Orders
International shipping is available, however:

International orders are shipped at the customer’s risk

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

International orders are non-refundable and non-guaranteed
Due to customs and carrier handling outside our control, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for international orders.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before roasting begins.
Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
